Which exam should I take?
It depends on what you need it for. Universities often accept IELTS Academic or PTE Academic, IELTS General Training and PTE are common choices for migration and work abroad, and Cambridge certificates don't expire. Check what your university, employer or immigration authority asks for, or book a free consultation and we'll help you choose.
What level do I need to start?
For IELTS, PTE and Business English, B1 or above is recommended. For Cambridge, B2 First suits students starting from B1, C1 Advanced from B2 and C2 Proficiency from C1. The free level assessment confirms where you are.
How long are the programs?
Every course runs for 4, 8 or 12 weeks. Four weeks suits students already close to their target, eight weeks gives time to work on every skill, and twelve weeks adds a grammar and vocabulary foundation.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation and level assessment are free and carry no obligation. They help us recommend the right course and program length for you.
What happens after I register?
We'll schedule your free consultation within 3 business days, followed by a brief level assessment. Then we send you a written confirmation with your course, program length, schedule and price. Registering doesn't commit you to anything until you accept it.
What's included in a course?
Every course includes a free consultation and level assessment, a personalised learning plan, course materials and resources, progress tracking and feedback, and an ESL Hub certificate of completion.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. For one-to-one lessons, tell us at least 24 hours before and we'll move the lesson to another time. Group lessons go ahead at the agreed times, but if you miss one we'll share the materials and homework.
Are exam fees included?
No. You book and pay for your IELTS, PTE or Cambridge exam yourself, with the official test centre.
